I have cooked pumpkin stew in a clay pot once, but I think it's not enough and I still want to eat it. It happened to be eaten by myself for dinner, so I simply cooked a pumpkin stew with a rice cooker. The rice was smooth and full, mixed with the sweetness of pumpkin, fragrant, soft and delicious.
