Rice Suffering--cowpeas with Minced Meat

Wash the cowpea and cut into small cubes.

Carrots and onions are also diced and set aside.

Add pickled pepper and chopped green onion and ginger and continue to stir fry.

Add carrots and stir fry.

Tips:
Pickled peppers are somewhat salty, so add salt according to your own taste.
