Rice White Pork Slices

Prepare the ingredients in advance

Tips:
1. Zizania sibiricum is more oil-absorbing, so it is recommended to add more oil for the taste
2. Put the meat slices in a frying pan and stir-fry until they are broken. Don't fry for too long to prevent the meat from getting old and affecting the taste
3. Zizania is cold in nature. If people with weak spleen and stomach eat it alone, it may cause stomach discomfort, so it is best to use old ginger, pepper, or chili to neutralize the coldness of Zizania.
