Rice White with Oyster Sauce

Wash the bamboo shoots and set aside, change the knife into slices.

Change the onion and garlic with a knife for later use.
3.
Heat the pan with cold oil and saute the chives and garlic.
4.
Bring in the rice whites and stir-fry evenly.
5.
Add oyster sauce and continue to stir fry with sugar.

Just add salt to taste.
