Rice Wine Chicken Wings
1.
Prepare chicken wings, ginger, green onions, sugar and rice wine. Ordinary rice wine can also be used.
2.
Chicken wings cut flowers on both sides.
3.
Cut all chicken wings with a knife, slice ginger, cut green onions, and pour out a small bowl of rice wine.
4.
Pour the ginger spring onion and rice wine into the chicken wings, then add a pinch of salt and marinate for 15 minutes.
5.
Pinch the marinated chicken wings out and wipe dry the surface water. Pick out the ginger and garlic for later use, and save the soup for soaking chicken wings.
6.
Pour more oil into the pan and fry the chicken wings at a temperature of 60% to 70% until they are golden on both sides. Remove and drain.
7.
Leave a little oil in the pot and saute the scallions and ginger.
8.
Add 1 small bowl of water and marinated chicken wings soup, add a little sugar. Because I use sugar rice wine, the ratio of sugar is less. If you use ordinary rice wine, you should put about 1 teaspoon of sugar. Pour in the chicken wings, cover and simmer over medium heat for about ten minutes.
9.
Pick out the green onion and ginger until the soup is thick.
