Ring Jade Lion Head

After the lotus root is peeled and washed, cut into small cubes for later use.

Mix the diced lotus root with the meat, pour in all the seasonings and the chopped green onion and ginger, stir well, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut the yuzi tofu into small round pieces and wrap them around the edge of the plate. The meat filling is first rounded and shaped, and then pressed flat to close the mouth, upside down in the middle of the jade tofu.

Garnish with goji berries. Put it in the middle of the steamer.

Adjust the steamer to the normal steaming mode, put it into the steamer after preheating to 100 degrees, and steam for 10 minutes.
