Roast Beef Brisket with Potatoes and Carrots

Tips:

1. Boil the sirloin in a pot under cold water to remove fishy, blood and impurities.

3. The pressure cooker stews sirloin more convenient and easy to rot.
4. Seasonings can also be added during stir-frying, add potatoes, carrots and sirloin after the aroma is released, stir-fry and then stew in the pressure cooker.
5. If you don't need to collect the juice, use the soup to make the noodles together, it will be a good bowl of sirloin noodles.
