Roast Beef with Mushrooms

Ingredients to be prepared: beef (cut into small pieces for blanching), shiitake mushrooms (cut into pieces for blanching), carrots (cut into pieces), chives (minced), garlic (minced)

When the pot is hot, pour in the right amount of vegetable oil

Add beef and stir fry

Add thirteen incense and stir fry

Add chives and garlic and stir fry

Add sugar and stir fry

Add soy sauce and stir fry

Add shiitake mushrooms and carrots and stir fry

Pour in some hot water and cook

Cook until the soup is thick

Tips:
I didn’t add salt because I put a lot of soy sauce.\nIt’s better to cook beef and mutton instead of cold water but hot water.
