Roast Beef with Radishes

Prepare ingredients

Beef in a pot under cold water, blanch the bleeding water and remove it, rinse with warm water and control it to dry

Cut into small pieces

Peel the white radish and cut into small pieces

Put oil in the pot and heat it up. Add spices and stir fry to create a fragrance, add beef, and stir-fry the moisture

Add a spoonful of bean paste and a little dark soy sauce and stir well

Add water, green onions and ginger cubes. Put the lid on, turn to a low heat and simmer until the beef is soft and cooked

Add the white radish and cook for about 10 minutes
