Roast Beef with Tofu

Cut beef into pieces and soak in blood.

Put water in the pot and blanch the beef.

Put the oil in the pot, put the blanched beef into the pot and stir-fry evenly, then add the cooking wine, chili, ginger onion, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, grass fruit, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and water to a boil. Turn to low heat and cook until the beef is half cooked.

Add oily tofu and cook until delicious.
