Roast Chicken Legs

Prepare ingredients

Wash the chicken thighs, wipe them dry with kitchen paper, and leave them at room temperature for more than 30 minutes.

Pick the leaves of rosemary and thyme and chop them for later use.

Mix all the condiments with butter according to your personal taste.

Spread the mixed butter evenly on the surface of the chicken legs.

Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours to taste.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the chicken legs in the middle of the oven and bake for 1-1.5 hours (about 30 minutes per 500g of meat).

Take out every half an hour to brush the oil, and finally turn the chicken legs over and bake for another 20 minutes.
