Roast Chicken Wings with Tomatoes

Cut the green onion, chopped green onion, garlic slices, and ginger.

Clean the cleaned middle fin and cut twice on it.

Add cold water to the cooking wine, bring the chicken wings to a boil, blanch the water and remove the water to drain.

Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, fry the ginger, shallot and garlic.

Add the chicken wings and fry on low heat until both sides are slightly yellow.

Add a small bowl and a half of water. Add cooking wine, rice vinegar, sugar, chicken essence, salt, and cook for seven or eight minutes.

Then add the tomatoes, mix well and simmer for another two minutes.
9.
Use cornstarch water to thicken and collect juice.
10.
Sprinkle some chopped green onion and it's ready to be served.

Fragrant chicken wings, with the smell of tomatoes.
