Tips:
Fresh chicken does not need to be blanched, if it is frozen chicken, it needs to be blanched; when raw chicken is fried, it needs to be fried on high heat; when adding bean paste, dried chilies, and pepper, it also needs to be fried on high heat for 2-3 minutes
