Roast Chicken with Taro
1.
Boil the chicken in water for later use, peel the taro and cut into pieces, change the ginger and garlic with a knife, and cut the shallots into sections.
2.
Put in shallots on low heat and stir into shallot oil.
3.
Stir-fry the scallion oil and add the homemade bean paste.
4.
Add the Pixian bean paste and stir-fry on low heat to get the red oil and flavor.
5.
Add ginger and garlic and stir fry.
6.
Add the blanched chicken nuggets.
7.
Put in a few rock candy.
8.
After stir-frying evenly, put in the amount of water that has not passed the chicken nuggets, bring to a boil on high heat, and simmer on low heat for about an hour.
9.
After the chicken is cooked, put in the taro, simmer again until the taro is soft and waxy, then turn off the heat, add in the right amount of salt and it can be served out of the pot.
10.
Wow, super delicious.
Tips:
Taro is the chicken that is cooked thoroughly before putting it in. Don't put it in advance, it will burn the soup. Homemade bean paste is very spicy, so it has both spicy and salty flavors when combined with Pixian bean paste.
