Roast Pork with Lotus Roots

Soak the ribs in clean water, thaw and soak in bleeding water.

Cut it small, about one centimeter square, or a little bigger.

Marinate the ribs with cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, cornstarch, and white pepper for half an hour.

Peel the lotus root.

Cut into small dices, the same size as the ribs, chop the ginger and set aside.

Heat the frying pan, add the white sugar and fry the sugar color.

Pour in the ribs and ginger and stir fry for a nice aroma.

Then add the diced lotus root and stir fry together.

Pour a little braised sauce and add some cooking wine.

Add appropriate amount of water to submerge the ingredients. After the water is boiled, cook on high heat for 10 minutes, then turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes.

Finally, open the lid and collect the juice over high heat.

Season with a little salt and it can be served. It is super fragrant.
