When my friend returned to my hometown in Northeast China, I picked up a lot of wild mushrooms of my own dishes, and kept them in the refrigerator and forgot to eat them. There are several kinds of mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, hazel mushrooms, oil mushrooms, and many unnamed mushrooms. I randomly picked some mushrooms and pork belly and stewed it in a pot, the taste was simply indescribable. "

Roast Pork with Mushrooms

1. Soak the mushrooms, rinse and set aside.

2. Cut pork into pieces.

3. Heat oil in a pan and add white sugar.

4. Stir-fry the sugar over low heat.

5. Add pork.

6. Fry it with sugar.

7. Add star anise and stir fry to create a fragrant aroma.

8. Add scallions and sliced ginger and stir fry to create a fragrance.

9. Add soy sauce, Mega Fresh, salt and water. Stir well.

10. The fire boiled.

11. Turn the lid to low heat and simmer for 50 minutes.

12. Add the mushrooms and stir well.

13. Cover and simmer for another 25 minutes, turn off the heat and serve.

Tips:

The organic pork raised in the farm is used here, and the stewing time is appropriately extended.
