Roast Pork with Mushrooms and Green Peppers

Wash all the ingredients, remove the stems and cut the shiitake mushrooms into strips, cut the green pepper into hob pieces, chop the onion, and slice the garlic.

Put a little oil in the pot and saute the shallots and garlic. Because Dongpo meat contains more oil, use a little oil.

Add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry briefly. Add a cup of Dongpo pork and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add 100ml of water and cook for 10 minutes so that the mushrooms can fully absorb the gravy.

Finally, add green pepper and stir fry for one minute, add salt, chicken essence and monosodium glutamate, stir evenly and turn off the heat.
Tips:
The saltiness in the gravy is already enough, so just add a little salt. The mushrooms will be simmered for a while before they become tender.
