Roast Pork with Winter Bamboo Shoots

Prepare winter bamboo shoots.

Soak winter bamboo shoots in clean water for 10 minutes and rinse them off.

Cut winter bamboo shoots into small pieces.

Put winter bamboo shoots in water and blanch them in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.

Cut the pork into small pieces.
