Roast Potatoes and Beef

Cut the main materials and auxiliary materials for use

Cut beef under cold water in a pot and stir-fry the blood water with cooking wine

Potatoes diced and blanched beef on a serving platter

Heat the oil from the pot and put the white sugar into the pot and fry the color (last rock sugar if not available, you can use sugar instead)

Stir-fry the color with sugar, pour in the beef light soy sauce and soy sauce until the color is even, then add the onion, ginger, garlic and star anise chili (if you have children at home, you can cancel the chili) and continue to stir fry to get the fragrance

Pour the fried beef into a pressure cooker or electric pressure cooker and add water for 30 minutes (do not add salt in this step. Adding salt too early will make the beef not easy to stew)

Pour the prepared beef stewed with potato pieces into a saucepan, add a little salt (if the soup is not enough, add less hot water) and simmer for about 15 minutes. This step is to let the taste of potatoes and beef blend.

Serve the stewed beef on a platter
