Roast Potatoes and Beef

Peel potatoes and carrots.

Cut into hob blocks.

Fry them in a pan until the potatoes and carrots are golden. (This way the potatoes will not break easily when they are cooked)

Change to the wok and sauté the onion and ginger.

Add a little hot sauce and stir fry until fragrant.

Add an appropriate amount of water, light soy sauce, sugar, and salt.

After the pot is boiled, add the cooked beef, potatoes, and carrots, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
