Roasted Beans with Minced Meat

Wash the beans and choose a section, add salt to a pot of boiling water, and blanch them for later use.

Prepare accessories. Scallion, ginger, garlic and dried red pepper. Add a little cooking wine to the minced meat and stir well.

Remove the beans and drain, heat the pan with cold oil and let the oil heat up, fry the beans and serve.

Stir-fry the minced meat in a hot pan, add the bean paste, chili section, green onion, ginger, and minced garlic.

Pour the beans and stir fry evenly. Add salt, 10g light soy sauce, chicken essence, sugar, and pour sesame oil out of the pot.
