Roasted Beans with Wing Tips

Obviously, the wing tip I used was chopped down for cooking.

The purple beans bought in the market are about a pound.

Select the two ends of the beans, wash them and break them into sections.

Heat the oil and stir fry the tips of the wings in the pan until white.

Add chopped green onion, salt, cooking wine, and a little soy sauce.

Pour the beans into the pot.

Simmer for about 20 minutes.
