Roasted Broccoli Millet with Cheese

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Wash the broccoli and cut into small flowers. In a baking dish, add broccoli, olive oil, salt and pepper and stir well. Bake for 20 minutes.

Prepare the millet and soak in water for about 20 minutes.

Heat the butter in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and fry for about 1 minute. Add milk, 1 teaspoon of salt, thyme and RICOS Concentrated Cheddar Cheese Sauce, simmer and stir until the sauce thickens.

Adjust the oven temperature to 200 degrees, pour millet in the baking dish, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt, roast broccoli, appropriate amount of cheese sauce, and stir well. Put it in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
