Roasted Broccoli with Carrots

Peel the carrots, wash and cut into pieces with a hob.

Wash the broccoli and cut into small flowers.

Boil water in a pot, add appropriate amount of salt and oil, and blanch broccoli.

Blanch the broccoli, remove and serve.

Heat oil, fry scallions, add carrots and stir fry.

Add a little oyster sauce.

Add appropriate amount of water and cook the carrots thoroughly.

Add broccoli.

Season with salt.

Stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat after turning off the heat to collect the juice.

Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
1. Stir-fry carrots with oil first to facilitate the absorption of carotene.
2. Put less oyster sauce to prevent the color of the dishes from being too dark.
