Roasted Chestnut in Casserole

Wash the chestnuts, drain the water or use kitchen paper to absorb the excess water on the chestnuts

Use scissors or a knife to make a cut in the top of the chestnut

Add a little corn oil to the cut chestnut and stir evenly with a spatula

Put tin foil inside the casserole, pour the oily chestnuts into the casserole
5.
Add granulated sugar to water, mix well and set aside
6.
Cover the casserole and bake for 10 minutes on medium heat

Open the lid and stir fry, brush the sugar water evenly on the chestnuts with a silicone brush, and continue to bake for 10 minutes
8.
Sweet chestnut roasted and served on a plate
Tips:
1. Ordinary casserole cannot be dry roasted, it will crack; the black le casserole will not break if it is dry and quenched.
2. If you don't like sweet ones, you can bake directly without adding oil, sugar or water. Remember to turn over more to prevent burnt
