Roasted Chestnuts with Oil and Salt

Use scissors to cut out the cross opening of the chestnut or use a knife to make a cut

Cut out all the chestnuts and place them on the baking tray

Preheat the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes, then place the middle layer on the baking tray and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes

Add appropriate amount of oil, water and two spoons of salt to the pot
5.
Melt the salt on medium heat, then turn off the heat

Then pour the roasted chestnuts into the oily salt water and roll them all over
7.
Put the chestnuts on the baking tray, turn the oven temperature to 180 degrees, and bake for another 10 minutes.
Tips:
The chestnuts are roasted first and then tasted, the effect is better.
