Roasted Chicken Drumsticks with Tofu

Ingredients: plum beans, oily tofu, cured chicken drumsticks (cleaned)

Pick and wash the plum peas, remove and set aside.

Put the washed chicken legs on the chopping board and chop them into pieces.

Put the oily tofu on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat up, add the chopped cured chicken thighs and stir fry.

Next, stir-fry the pickled and washed plum peas and the cut oiled tofu.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water.

Bring to a boil and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Finally, add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.

Add the right amount of chicken essence.

Saute and stir well, serve.
13.
Take out the pan and serve.
