Roasted Chicken Drumsticks with Yuba Fungus

Drumsticks chopped into pieces

Bring to a boil in a pot of cold water, blanch the bleeding foam, remove, wash and control dry.

Soak the fungus and yuba in advance, tear the fungus into small flowers, and cut the yuba into sections

Warm oil in a pan, add the chicken legs and stir fry until the color becomes golden

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, chopped pepper, green onion, ginger slices and stir fry evenly. Add in hot water that has not been used for chicken legs, bring to a boil, turn to low heat, cover and chop for 15 minutes.

When the soup is almost finished, add yuba fungus, add salt and stir fry until delicious

Ready to cook
Tips:
The yuba fungus must be soaked more than two hours in advance, so it is delicious. Don't add too much water to the chicken drumsticks to avoid too much soup when cooking.
