Roasted Chicken Wing Roots with Hericium

Prepare washed chicken wing roots and dried hericium

Tips:
1. Dried Hericium edodes needs to be soaked 4 hours in advance
2. When frying the roots of chicken wings, it is best to use a non-stick pan, the skin will not stick to the pan, complete and beautiful
3. Hericium erinaceus is easy to absorb water and taste, so it is best to put salt later, otherwise it will be too salty due to premature inhalation of salt, which will affect the taste of the finished product.
