Roasted Chicken with Mushrooms

Soak the mushrooms in water. Wash.

Wash half of a local chicken, cut into pieces, and blanch in a pot.

Remove the filtered water and wash off the foam.

Prepare small red peppers, garlic seeds, and ginger.

Heat oil in a pan, pour the chicken pieces and stir fry.

Add shiitake mushrooms, small red peppers, ginger, garlic seeds, sweet wine, and stir fry.

Add salt, some dark soy sauce, and stir fry.
8.
Put 1000ml of water and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat to a low heat for 40 minutes.
9.
Open the lid and collect the juice over high heat.
10.
Sprinkle green onions on the platter.
