Roasted Chives with Cumin

Wash the leeks to the old leaves.

Boil water in the soup pot.
3.
Put the leeks in boiling water and boil for a while.
4.
Scald the softened leeks and drain the water.
5.
Roll up three to four leeks from the roots.

The rolled leeks are threaded with a bamboo stick.

All the leeks are skewers.

Grease the skewered leeks, sprinkle with cumin powder and salt.
