Roasted Cold Noodles

Prepare the ingredients: Cut the sausage diagonally and microwave for about 20 seconds until cooked.

Warm olive oil in a frying pan and fry the noodles over medium-low heat to soften.

Knock an egg on the cold surface.

Spread the eggs with chopsticks or spatula.

Bake the reverse side for three or two seconds.

Then turn the egg noodles upside down (if you like the egg facing out, you can skip this step).
7.
Brush the cold noodles with a mixture of tomato sauce and garlic chili sauce.
8.
Stack the sausages on the cold noodles.
9.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander.
10.
Some more chili powder.

As shown in the picture, roll up the cold noodles.
12.
Cut the cold noodles into small pieces with a spatula.
Tips:
Fried cold noodles use different heat, the small fire is soft and the high fire is crisp and delicious.
