Grilled crucian carp with potherb mustard is a home-cooked dish. Potherb mustard with the taste of fish is very fresh and very appetizing.

Roasted Crucian Carp with Potherb Mustard

1. Clean the small crucian carp

2. Wash the potherb mustard and chop finely

3. Heat the oil in a pan, 70% of the oil is hot, add the fish

4. Deep fried until golden on both sides

5. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the green onion, ginger, garlic, and dry chili to fry the flavor

6. Add potherb mustard and stir fry

7. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and stir well
