Roasted Cumin Chicken Neck

Wash chicken neck

Put in a container, add salt, oyster sauce, cumin powder, cooking wine, sugar, pepper, thirteen spices, soy sauce, and mix well

Put it in a fresh-keeping bag, put it in the refrigerator and marinate for 12 hours

Put it in a non-stick oil baking pan, and brush the surface with a layer of oil (if there is no non-stick oil baking pan, spread tin foil)

Preheat the oven, heat up and down at 200°C into the middle layer and bake for 20 minutes

When time is up, sprinkle chicken neck, cumin, sesame, and chili powder. Re-enter the oven and bake for 10 minutes
Tips:
Choose skinless chicken necks and marinate for a longer time for better taste
