Roasted Duck Tongue with Beer

1. Prepare the duck tongue.

2. Cut green onion into sections and slice ginger

3. Rinse the duck tongue with water and soak for 20 minutes.

4. Blanch the soaked duck tongue and drain the water.

5. Pour oil into the pot, heat up the scallions, ginger and star anise.

6. Add the duck tongue and stir fry evenly until the color changes.

7. Add soy sauce and sugar and continue to stir fry.

8. Pour the beer over the duck tongue.

9. Turn the high heat to a low heat and cook for 20 minutes.

Tips:

As a snack, use less salt. So as not to affect the taste.
