Roasted Duck Wings with Edamame

Prepare the ingredients. Edamame is freshly peeled at home, or you can buy it from a vendor

After the duck wings are cleaned, soak them in clean water for 10 minutes to soak the blood stains, then chop them away from the bends and leave them in the wings; the wing tips are used for other purposes
