Roasted Duck Wings with Taro

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Peel the taro, wash and cut into thick slices.

3. Clean the duck wings and chop them into two pieces.

4. Boil the duck wings in a pot and blanch them for a while; pick them up and wipe dry.

5. Heat oil in a pot, sauté the ginger slices, add duck wings and stir fry.

6. Add star anise, dried red pepper, green onion, and fry until oily.

7. Add honey to evenly color the duck wings.

8. Pour in the taro, add salt and pepper and stir fry evenly.
