Roasted Duck with Edamame and Stir-fried Rice White

Ingredients: edamame.

Zizania.

Roast Duck.

Peel the edamame, wash it, and set aside.

Peel the zizania officinalis and clean it.

Put it on the chopping board and cut into hob blocks, set aside.

Afterwards, pour the edamame into a pot of clear water and boil, and cook until it is cooked and tender.

Pour the oil in the pan to heat up, add the rice whites and stir fry.

Next, add some water to a boil and cook until the wild rice is broken.

Then, stir-fry the roast duck and edamame.

Finally, add some salt and light soy sauce.

Stir-fry well and serve.
