Roasted Eggplant with Garlic

Wash the eggplants.

Cut the eggplant in half and cut it vertically without cutting it. Then put it in a steamer and steam for ten minutes, so that the eggplant is soft and juicy.

Then chop the garlic into minced pieces and chop it into minced garlic.

Put oil in the pot and sauté the garlic.

Then release light soy sauce and fuel consumption and mix well.

Put the prepared garlic in a bowl and set aside.

Put the steamed eggplant in a baking dish lined with tin foil, brush the surface with a layer of oil, and then sprinkle with salt and pepper and cumin grains.

Spread the freshly made garlic evenly on the eggplant.

Put it in the middle layer of the preheated oven at 200 degrees, and bake for about 25 minutes.

Delicious grilled eggplant.
Tips:
1. The eggplant is steamed and roasted first, it will be juicy, or it can be roasted directly;
2. Make sure to cook more garlic. The first time I bake it, I have no experience. I don’t make much garlic;
3. The seasoning is not necessarily the same as mine. You can put it casually according to your preference. If you like spicy food, you can sprinkle chili powder.
