Roasted Eggplant with Pork Slices and Olive Vegetables

1. Wash the round eggplant and remove the stalks, and remove the inner seeds of the green pepper.

2. Sliced eggplant, shredded green pepper

3. Boil a pot of hot oil, when 60% is hot, put the eggplant in to fry

4. Fry until the eggplant becomes soft

5. Hold it out for use

6. Sliced garlic, sliced pork belly

7. Saute the garlic slices with a little oil of fried eggplant

8. Stir-fried pork belly

9. Put the soy sauce, vinegar and stir-fry the meat

10. Stir-fry with olive vegetables

11. Then pour the eggplant and green pepper and stir fry together, add a small amount of salt, chicken essence, and stir well.
