Roasted Enoki Mushroom No. 1
1.
The key to baking everything is the garlic chili sauce.
Pour the oil, low heat, and fry half of the garlic until the color turns golden yellow, then add the millet pepper and the other half of the garlic, add a small amount of salt and sugar light soy sauce, and stir-fry for another half a minute, and it's ok. I also added a little cumin, I love this flavor.
Baked things are different, the sauce is thick and thin to control by yourself, if it is too thick, you can add a little water.
2.
Wash the enoki mushrooms, break them, and place them in the baking dish. Brush with a layer of oil, pour the garlic chili sauce made in 1 on top, and cover with tin foil to prevent it from drying out. My house just ran out of tin boxes, so I used tin foil to pinch a baking tray instead.
Put it in an air fryer, 180 degrees, it will be cooked in seven or eight minutes.
3.
Out of the pot, sprinkle some chopped green onions, and eat it all at once.
Tips:
There is no difference between an oven and an air fryer.
The oven can bake a large amount and eat more deliciously!
