Roasted Fish with Carrots

Preheat the oil in the pan, add garlic and ginger and saute until fragrant.

Add the fish cubes that have been fried in advance.

Pour in the dried carrots soaked in advance.

Pour a spoonful of light soy sauce and stir fry, put in a bowl of water, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
