Roasted French Beans with Potatoes

Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture.

Cut the kidney beans into small pieces to remove the ribs on both sides; cut the potatoes into fries, thicker.

Pour oil into the pot, heat the oil and fry the potatoes until golden brown to remove the oil control.

Then pour in the green beans and fry them until the skin on the surface is wrinkled, and remove the oil for use.

Leave a little oil in the pot, add onions and saute until fragrant.

Add a bowl of water, add oyster sauce, sugar, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, boil, turn to low heat, cover the pot and simmer for 10 minutes.
