Roasted Garlic

Prepare the ingredients: garlic, sixtieth birthday

Add a small amount of edible salt to the sixties, soak for about 2 hours, and change the water several times in the middle to make the sixties spit the mud more cleanly

Peel the garlic and chop into minced garlic

Add appropriate amount of cooking oil, light soy sauce, and salt to the minced garlic to make a garlic paste, set aside

Spread a layer of tin foil on the baking tray and brush with a layer of cooking oil

Put the cleaned sixtieth piece on the foil

Set the oven to 180 degrees and preheat for five minutes; then put the grilling net into the middle of the oven, put it in the baking tray, and heat up and down at 180 degrees for 10 minutes

Roast until the sixties are open, take it out, and use a spoon to pour the mashed garlic

Put the sixties back in the oven and continue to bake for 8 minutes
Tips:
Adding edible salt to the water can speed up the spit out of the soil in the shell as soon as possible;
Flower beetles are prone to parasitic bacteria, so they must be cooked before eating.
