In the past, chicken thigh meat was usually bought for whole chicken legs. This time I plan to use chicken thigh meat to cook pleurotus eryngii. I saw that the whole chicken leg has a lot of skin and oil. Therefore, instead of buying whole chicken legs, I bought pipa legs instead. The dishes cooked with lute legs are also very good. Simmered on a low fire, the eryngii mushrooms also have a strong chicken aroma, coupled with a little carrot, no doubt, this is a combination of meat and vegetables, a nutritious delicacy. "
