Roasted Konjac

Buy the konjac and wash it off
2.
Cut konjac into thin strips, chili, ginger, garlic, kimchi and mince
3.
Pour oil in a pot and sauté ginger and garlic
4.
Add kimchi frothed chili and stir fry
5.
Pour the konjac, stir fry, add some light soy sauce and add water to cook
6.

Tips:
1. Cut konjac into thin strips to make it more delicious;
2. If you like chili, you can add more salt instead of adding it because the kimchi soy sauce has a salty taste.
