Roasted Leeks

Pick yellow leaves of leeks and wash them.

Add water to the pot, turn off the heat, put the leeks in the water, and remove them immediately after they become slightly soft.

Take a few of them from the beginning and put them on the bamboo sticks.

Brush a layer of oil, sprinkle with salt, cumin powder, and chili noodles. Preheat the oven at 190 degrees and bake for about five minutes. Set the temperature and time according to your own oven.
