Roasted Oysters

First use a brush to clean the shell of the oyster, then place the flat side of the oyster on a small kitchen towel, use a flat screwdriver or a special knife to pry open the shell of the oyster, and cut the connection with a knife. Scallops on the shell

Put four or five drops of lemon juice on each oyster and marinate for 10 minutes

Finely chop coriander, shallots, shallots, garlic, ginger and red hot pepper, add steamed fish soy sauce, salt and butter and mix well

Put the mixed seasonings on top of the oysters

Preheat the oven, put in the oysters, and bake for 6 minutes at 200°
