Roasted Oysters

Wash the oysters and set aside while preheating the oven up and down to 180 degrees for 10 minutes

Prepare the ingredients, chop basil, chop chili

Chop garlic
4.
Add 2 scoops of peanut oil
5.
Add 3 spoons of light soy sauce
6.
Add a pinch of salt

Add garlic crisps, if you don’t have one, don’t add

Stir well
9.
Pour the sauce on the oysters
10.
Put it in the preheated oven, and fire up and down 180 degrees for 25 minutes
Tips:
Open the oysters. Tap the oyster with the back of a knife to easily pry the oyster shells open. You can also ask the store to open them when you buy them, but do not pry off the shells to avoid pressing the shells on the oyster meat.
