Roasted Oysters with Garlic Sauce

Rinse the oysters with clean water after opening the shells.

Put the ginger, garlic, and millet pepper into a blender and mix into pieces.

Pour out the stirred ginger, garlic, millet and pepper, add appropriate amount of oil, salt, oyster sauce, cooking wine, light soy sauce and stir well.

The mixed condiments are spread on the surface of the oysters.

Put it in the middle of the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

Cover and bake with tin foil for the first 20 minutes. Remove the tin foil and bake for another 5 minutes to get out of the oven.
